Financial Services client requires a qualified CA or Actuary with 5 years remuneration/reward specialist or remuneration management expertise in the life insurance industry. Role includes accountability for design, implementation/management of remuneration and incentive component of the business. Partner with internal stakeholders to maintain accounting processses. Strategic role to include market insights, legislative compliance, analysis and reporting, financial modelling and delivering presentations. Analytical skills and professional communication with strong business acumen is essential.
