Duties & ResponsibilitiesRequirements:Optimize payroll processing for maximum efficiency through automation and streamliningMonitor and audit payroll systems regularly to ensure compliance with legislation and integrityConduct thorough reviews to guarantee accuracy in payroll input and paymentsImplement remuneration policies and practices aligned with organizational philosophyPayroll tax knowledgeMinimum RequirementsTertiary qualification and/or relevant payroll qualification10 years payroll management experience, 3 years must be in a managerial payroll roleCode 8 driver's licenseKnowledge of payroll and time & attendance systems
