Position Summary: Oversee the preparation and processing of company's monthly payroll across all business units, ensuring timeous payment of salaries and adherence to BCEA / LRA legislative laws and regulations relating to payroll and benefits administration. Requirements Minimum 5 year working experience in Remuneration and Benefits Advanced working knowledge of VIP Premier Good understanding of and working knowledge of all the appropriate Acts (LRA, BCEA, OSHA, COID, EEA) Highly computer literate with strong MSOffice skills
