Job Description
Provide virtual counselling and therapy sessions to clients using secure, online platforms.
Conduct psychological assessments to identify client needs and tailor treatment plans.
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as CBT, mindfulness, or trauma-focused therapies.
Support clients in managing stress, anxiety, depression, and other psychological challenges.

Experience:
Proven experience in providing counselling or psychotherapy, preferably with remote or virtual platforms.
Experience working with diverse client groups, such as adults, children, or families, depending on the role's focus.
Skills and Attributes:
Strong digital literacy and familiarity with secure video conferencing tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport virtually.
Empathy and the ability to support clients in a remote environment.
Strong organisational skills to manage caseloads and maintain timely communication.
Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics in an online setting.
Adaptability and resilience in responding to client needs remotely.
Desirable:

Inherent Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
Registration with a recognised professional body (e.g., HCPC, BACP, or equivalent).
