Position Overview: The Remote Data Capturer and Administration Assistant will play a crucial role in managing and organizing data collected from our drone operation flights. Youll work closely with our team to ensure data accuracy, organize reports, and provide key administrative support. This remote role offers flexibility while allowing you to contribute to high-impact projects that are transforming industries with drone technology. Key Responsibilities: Data Capture and Management: Assist with the collection, processing, and organization of data collected from drone flights. Ensure that all data is accurately entered into our databases and cloud-based systems. Perform quality checks on data to ensure it is complete, accurate, and ready for archiving and auditing. Organize and manage large datasets in both digital and cloud-based storage systems. Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as coordinating schedules, preparing documents, and maintaining records. Prepare and format reports. Assist in coordinating drone flight schedules with clients and team members. Team Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with remote team members, including drone pilots and project managers, to ensure smooth project execution. Help coordinate client communications, including scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-up. Assist with the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other business documentation. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role, ideally in a remote working environment. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and cloud-based tools (One Drive, etc.). Familiarity with project management and data management software is a plus. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with remote teams and clients. A proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to take initiative. Be Computer Literate and Tech Savy. Must have a stable broadband internet connection at home Must have Grade 12 Must have a Valid Driver's License Desirable: Previous experience in the drone or geospatial industry is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with GIS (Geographic Information Systems) or related software like Google Earth and Skydemon is an advantage. Experience working in remote teams and managing tasks independently.
