Remote Account Managers/ Sales Representatives ( Western Cape / Limpopo / North West/ Free State

One of our clients based are looking for Account Managers to join their team in all the different areas - Western Cape / Free State, Limpopo and North West Province. Ideally a person who can work independently ( remotely). They are seeking an ideal candidate who will be able to implement an effective sales-driven approach and hunt for new business that expands our reach, strengthens client relationships, and meeting the set sales targetsQualifications & Experience: Diploma and/ Degree in Business Management/Admin or relevant Sales qualificationsMinimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role in the telecommunications industryExceptional leadership, Independence and project management skillsVerbal and written communication skillsSharp negotiation and networking skillsOrganizational skills and Problem-solving skillsKey Performance areas:Responsible for, including but not limited to:Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions by being aware of market trends and competitorsPromote the Company's products and services to prospective clientsSell Telkom products and services by achieve set targetsIdentifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding into new markets by generating leadsReview sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelinesDetermining key business development KPIsDevelop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction by fostering business relationships to increase revenue.Assessing team performance when it comes to growing the business through client acquisition and salesMonitoring and improve sales performance by conducting research to identify new markets and customer needsPromoting a culture of growth through sales across the businessEducating team members on best business practices and techniques for increasing effectivenessWillingness to start immediately
