Duties & Responsibilities:Ensure excellent customer care standards are metDealing with customer complaints and commentsAdherence to store procedures and policiesPerforming bi-weekly stock count on allocated itemsStock receivingIncreasing sales and spend per headImplement promotions and marketing campaignsMinimum Requirements:Must have at least 3 years' retail experience in the fashion industryCandidate must have matric; a tertiary education would be an added advantageBe prepared to work retail hours (including weekends, holidays and overtime)Maintain positive attitude at all timesBe courteous and warm when dealing with customersCan do attitudeReliable and punctualCan adapt to a dynamic scheduleThrives in a team environment and enjoys working during peak periodsIs eager to learn and participate in initial training to excel in the roleKey Details:Working months: February, March, April and May.
Total working days: 23 days including 4 days of training in the first week.
Workdays: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
Off-days: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
Additional Shifts: Morning shifts (6am to 2pm) twice a month, specifically on every second Monday.
Special Note for February: The first week of February will include training sessions in addition to regular shifts, to ensure you're well-prepared for the role.
Pay structure:Daily rate: R240 per day, calculated based on days worked.
Commission: There is potential to earn commission if you achieve your individual target set.
Start Date: 3rd of February 2025 Contract Duration:
Initial contract will cover February to May, with the potential to extend into the winter months depending on staffing needs.
