Candidate Requirements: Minimum of 3 years experience in a Big 5 reserve in a 5-star safari lodge environment (essential) Experience working with PMS and POS systems, ResRequest (beneficial) Valid RSA Driver's License Proficient in MS Office Suite and Email Must have exceptional Guest Relations skills and the ability to manage staff Understanding and ability to manage different departments Must have the ability to plan ahead and problem solve Financial experience in budget control, stock takes and stock control
