Select your country to see jobs specific to your location.Job Responsibilities:Provide visible safety leadership, lifesaving rules and process safety fundamentals to model desired safety behaviours.Deploy discipline expertise to deliver pragmatic solutions for technical challenges in the terminal.Drive systematic application of industry reliability engineering best practices.Execute work related to Vulnerability studies, RCM, RBM FMEA, RCA, Reliability analytics.Support the terminal with reliability studies i.e. bad actor improvement process, RCA, RCM, Criticality Analysis, IPR (Intensive Process Review), ROI (Reliability Opportunity Identification), MTBF, MTBR.Provide equipment availability insights and reliability strategy recommendations, including documenting problematic equipment and providing input into maintenance, operations, and outage strategies to optimise equipment strategies.Analyse data to inform and contextualise operational and maintenance activities.Lead or support investigations.Support the overall life cycle cost of the asset to meet business strategies by providing input into the asset strategy for reliability.Identify reliability/availability improvement projects and develop initial justification, incentives, and business value to support the funding request.Minimum Requirements:BSc or BEng in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.ECSA Professional Engineer and GCC Factories required - preferred.Total years of experience: 5+Must Have Experiences/Skills:Practical application of industry reliability practices.Accomplished in risk and process safety management and contractor performance management.Track record of maintenance optimisation and equipment class reliability improvement.Strong background in mechanical and electrical systems.Occupational Health and Safety Act knowledge.Excellent interpersonal skills and effective interaction with people at all levels.Proven ability to deliver results under pressure.Fluent in English - written and oral.Delivery focused with strong project technical management skills.Capable of building strong working relationships.Confident in engaging and influencing teams on technical matters.Skilled in working with multicultural teams.Experience in Asset Management: Reliability Strategy Development, Good knowledge in Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM), Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Reliability Opportunity Improvement (ROI) process, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) methodologies, condition monitoring, Predictive and Preventative Maintenance, Bad actors and threat management.Understanding of Risk Based Inspection (RBI).Ability to perform asset data analyses to support data-driven business decisions.Please note: Only candidates that meet the requirements will be considered and contacted within 2 weeks of application.When applying please ref in subject line.
