Key Outputs Reliability monitoring of applicable mobile fleetsTrend performance of fleets across sites, regions and countriesDevelop appropriate mitigation and rectification action plansLiaise with customer, operations and LoB, to develop plansAssist with onsite implementing of approved action, monitor progress and resultsLiaise with CAT where necessaryEscalate issues where appropriateLower overall owning and operating costsDrive customer satisfactionDrive continuous improvement on priority sitesAnalyse failure event, distribution, behaviour, cost and risk data to determine action prioritiesRCAs are performed, reported and acted on for all significant loss eventsMaintenance Tactics and Task Lists are continuously improved, based on data and analysisEnables the effectiveness of Condition Monitoring maintenance tacticsQualification, Experience and Competencies Bachelor's degree in EngineeringAt least 5 years of Reliability Engineering Experience and prior management/leadership experienceAdvanced maintenance work process knowledge and experience.Advanced SAP/AMT maintenance planning and scheduling knowledge.Knowledge of parts inventory management, and mechanical and electrical equipment design reliability principles.Basic knowledge of Statistical Process Control and Six Sigma methodology (DMAIC).
