Reliability Engineer Global Grade 12

Key Outputs Reliability monitoring of applicable mobile fleets Trend performance of fleets across sites, regions and countries Develop appropriate mitigation and rectification action plans Liaise with customer, operations and LoB, to develop plans Assist with onsite implementing of approved action, monitor progress and results Liaise with CAT where necessary Escalate issues where appropriate Lower overall owning and operating costs Drive customer satisfaction Drive continuous improvement on priority sites Analyse failure event, distribution, behaviour, cost and risk data to determine action priorities RCAs are performed, reported and acted on for all significant loss events Maintenance Tactics and Task Lists are continuously improved, based on data and analysis Enables the effectiveness of Condition Monitoring maintenance tactics Qualification, Experience and Competencies Bachelor's degree in Engineering At least 5 years of Reliability Engineering Experience and prior management/leadership experience Advanced maintenance work process knowledge and experience.
Advanced SAP/AMT maintenance planning and scheduling knowledge.
Knowledge of parts inventory management, and mechanical and electrical equipment design reliability principles.
Basic knowledge of Statistical Process Control and Six Sigma methodology (DMAIC).
