Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the maintenance of all equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Lead and develop a team of 30-40 technical staff and stores personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, including GCC (Factories).
Develop and implement maintenance schedules, preventive maintenance programs, and troubleshooting procedures.
Manage the maintenance budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and support overall operational goals.
Analyse maintenance data and generate reports to drive decision-making and improvements.
Ensure spare parts and materials are available and properly managed within the workshop and stores.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Minimum requirement: Mechanical Engineering Degree and/or Diploma.
Trade tested Fitter, Millwright, and/or Mechanical.
Minimum 3 years post-GCC Factories qualification and GMR 2.1 appointee.
Minimum 10 years in a Maintenance Manager role.
