To lead,drive execution of Agile Release Train (ART) processes,monitor, control,manage dependencies, resolve,remove impediments, mitigating risks across the ART. Drive continuous improvement to assure consistent value delivery. Provide visibility of health of feature delivery,overall program increment. Promote Lean-Agile transformation, influencing, coaching leaders,teams in the new processes, mindsets,adapt Agile frameworks to organisation, standardising practices leading to Enterprise agility.
Improve and optimise the flow of value by assessing and improving the practices associatedwith DevOps and Release on Demand in the Continuous Delivery PipelineAct as the subject matter expert by influencing and coaching the ART (including seniorbusiness product owners) on Agile adaption, standardising and documenting practices inorder to optimise the flow of value through the ART(s) using various tools.Engage directly with senior executives within and where necessary across countries toensure effective and transparent communication with stakeholders, escalate unresolvedimpediments, identify and mitigate risks, and drive program success ensuring consistentvalue delivery.Monitor and track all programme level dependencies and risks by orchestrating the executionby all Delivery Engineers and Scrum Masters and facilitate the resolution of impedimentswithin span of influence and resolve escalated impediments.Lead and drive Program Increment (PI) Planning readiness by implementing a ContinuousExploration process which drives the synthesis of a Vision, a Roadmap, and Backlogsthrough Pre- and Post-PI Planning events. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Information Technology
A post graduate degree in Information Technology would be beneficial.This role requires a first degree in Information Technology. In addition, Certified Scrum
Master (Scrum Alliance), Professional Scrum Master (Scrum.org), or Certified SAFe Scrum
Master (Scaled Agile) certification would be required.

Experience with SAFe 4 framework and implementation of Agile Release Trains and facilitating Lean-Agile Programme execution in large solution and/or programme execution using the SAFe 4 framework and experience as a scrum master using Kanban software.
