Key Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate software release processesManage release schedules and ensure timely deliveryCollaborate with development, QA, and operations teamsImplement and maintain ITIL best practicesEnsure compliance with SDLC methodologiesConduct risk assessments for releasesFacilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholdersRequirements:Proven experience as a Release ManagerStrong knowledge of ITIL framework and practicesExtensive experience with SDLC methodologiesUnderstanding of software testing processes (QA experience preferred)Excellent project management and organizational skillsStrong communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced, global environmentPreferred Qualifications:ITIL certificationComputer related degree or equivalentFamiliarity with agile development practicesBackground in software testing or QAThis hybrid Release Manager role offers the opportunity to work with a well-established global client, balancing time between the Liverpool office and remote work.
