Are you a driven and dynamic professional with a passion for building impactful partnerships? A leading bank is seeking a Relationship Manager (Public Sector) to foster and maintain strong connections with government entities, public institutions, and related organizations. This pivotal role combines financial expertise with relationship-building skills to drive mutual success and create value for our public sector clients. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and manage a portfolio of public sector clients, ensuring long-term relationships and satisfaction. Financial Solutions Provider: Identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services such as loans, deposits, treasury solutions, and advisory services. Strategic Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor to public sector clients, understanding their strategic goals and offering tailored financial solutions. Portfolio Management: Monitor client performance, assess credit risk, and ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions. Market Insights: Stay informed on public sector trends , government policies, and economic developments to identify business opportunities. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including credit, product development, and operations, to deliver seamless service to clients. Compliance: Ensure all dealings with public sector entities align with regulatory requirements and the banks policies. Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed financial targets, including revenue growth, client acquisition, and retention goals. What You Bring: A Bachelors Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. A Masters Degree is an added advantage. 5 years of experience in relationship management, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. Strong understanding of public sector financing , government procurement processes, and associated regulations. Proven ability to analyze financial statements, assess risk, and structure financial solutions. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders. Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance targets. Proficiency in CRM tools and a strong grasp of financial products and services. Are You Ready to Make an Impact?
