Now's the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective change.Are you someone who can:• Manage a portfolio of umbrella fund clients participating in the FNB Umbrella Fund• Provide input into client servicing strategy• Ongoing review of fund structure and group risk arrangements• Monitor onboarding process of new clients• Monitoring section 14 transfers• Conduct member presentations• Responsible for client retention• Where required, attend management committee meetings, as well as the preparation of agendas and minutes.• Provide ongoing support to financial advisors on all aspects related to the FNB Umbrella Fund• Manage and resolve complaints• Knowledge of changes in legislation impacting the employee benefits environment• Knowledge of group risk benefit arrangements• Responsible for annual rate and fee reviewYou will be an ideal candidate if you have:• Relevant Bachelor's Degree NQF Level 7• Must have the following minimum sub-categories: 1.7 Pension Fund Benefits, 1.1 Long Term insurance Subcategory A, 1.3 Long Term insurance Subcategory B1 and 1.22 Long Term insurance Subcategory B2• Min 5 years' experience in Employee Benefits, ideally in a retirement fund consulting role• FAIS accredited (not acting under supervision)• CFP an advantage (but not required)• RE 5• Person must not be an unrehabilitated insolvent.
