Relationship Management Assistant – Offshore Investment Platform

Job Description The South African entity of Swissquote is a financial services provider supporting independent asset managers, acting as a custodian and broker, and provides financial intermediaries with a dedicated tool for managing their clients and processing stock market orders.
The focus is on international/offshore investments.
We are a small team and look for a dedicated addition in our journey.
Your Role and Main Responsibilities Supporting Relationship Managers in all administrative activities Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, and coordinating internally with other departments (e.g., Back Office) Monitoring and ensuring adherence to service levels, as well as conducting relevant quality controls Interacting and training admin staff of independent asset managers Updating client data and account settings Handling customer payments and processing fee charges for our asset managers Support in other administrative tasks required in a small office environment Qualifications You are interested in global financial markets and feel comfortable in the offshore investment environment, You have completed a Bachelor of Commerce or other related degree, You have at least 2-3 years of work experience in an administrative or client servicing role in the financial services industry and have a firm grasp on AML requirements across different client type such as individuals, trusts and other corporate entities, Experience with offshore providers/platforms is a big plus, You are proficient in both written and spoken English and can handle correspondence independently.
Additional foreign languages, particularly German, are an advantage, You enjoy interacting with people and are happy to travel within South Africa and to Switzerland should it be necessary, You are a self-motivated individual enjoy working in a team and are characterized by your sense of responsibility, proactive approach, organized working style, ensuring a positive and professional client service experience.
