The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in healthcare community.

Qualifications for Rehabilitation Counsellor: Candidate must hold a bachelor's degree in social work, counselling, or psychology. Possess certification as a rehabilitation counsellor. Experience in providing counselling or social work service through internships and previous employment. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with clients and colleagues. Capable of assessing clients' needs, identifying challenges, and devising effective intervention plans. Responsibilities for Rehabilitation Counsellor: Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' needs. Providing counselling and therapy to individuals and families regarding mental health concerns. Coordinating services and resources to meet clients' needs and providing follow-up support.
