Engage with industry regulators and manage compliance processes to support business needs. Evaluate and advise on the impact of new legislation and regulations. Manage and resolve compliance-related disputes and litigation risks. Oversee anti-money laundering programs, privacy compliance, and intellectual property management. What Were Looking For: Law degree (B Proc, LLB); admitted attorney or advocate preferred. 8 years of experience in compliance management, with at least 3 years in a senior position. Expertise in regulatory, food, intellectual property, and trade law, particularly within the consumer goods sector. Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders across all levels.
