Job ResponsibilitiesDeliver comprehensive nursing care to patients with life-limiting illnesses.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised patient care plans.Provide emotional support to patients and their families.Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with health regulations.Assess and coordinate new referrals.Manage admissions and discharges.Assist with stock control.Plan and manage staff off-duty rosters.File audits.Attend monthly meetings with the DOH and deal with DOH documentation.Cross-function between the Inpatient Care Facility and Home Nursing program.Willingness to work overtime, day and night duty, weekends, and public holidays to meet operational requirements.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Deadline: 2023/08/21
