Join Our Team as a Virtual Patient Care RN We seek a dedicated RN to provide virtual patient management and care for members and their families in an inpatient setting.
This is a full-time, office-based position from Monday to Friday.
Role Responsibilities: Collaborate with providers and patients as a key patient care team member.
Ensure patient anonymity and safety using our virtual care platform.
Make autonomous clinical decisions to deliver patient-centered care.
Refer patients to our E-doctors and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) as needed.
Maintain accurate patient data and possess strong computer literacy skills.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills Qualifications: Current SANC registration.
(Nurse (General, Psychiatric & community) and Midwife Additional qualifications in Clinical Nursing Science, Health Assessment, Treatment and Care, and Occupational Health Nursing.
