JOB DESCRIPTION To promote and deliver professional, commercially viable and quality clinic services in compliance with South African Nursing Council regulations and company standards. Purpose and Objectives Manage a commercially viable clinic in line with company guidelinesProvide lifestyle management screening testsConduct health immunisations and baby health monitoringOffer and provide reproductive health servicesProvide adult immunisationsProvide Primary Health Care e.g. minor ailments and wound care Manage medical waste, ensure a safe environment and safety precautions are takenManage adverse events and emergenciesCounsel and advise patients on health information, weight management Refer patients to Pharmacists and other health professionals when appropriate Plan and implement projects eg. Health weekDevelop health professional networksQualifications and Experience: Registration as Professional Nurse3 year diploma in nursing or a 4 year degreeA minimum of 3 years practical experience in a broad range of nursing disciplinesComputer literate, MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Skills, Abilities and Job Related Knowledge: Ensures patient information is held securely, confidentially and accurately maintained on an    electronic systemAdministration and reporting to ensure efficient running of the clinic as per company policy and processesEnsures pa yment for services received by ensuring controls in place and adhered toManages, monitors and orders clinic services stock and equipment, along with prevention of loss and shrinkage and monitoring cold chain Financial and commercial acumenEnsures SANC registration and indemnity up to dateEstablishes locum network and arranges locums Implements and conducts self-audit toolTime managementCompetencies: Rule Orientation | Adhering to Principles and ValuesClient Centricity and Collaboration Problem Solving Planning and OrganisingStress Tolerance Analytical Ability Action OrientationApply online or forward your CV to ******
