Registered Nurse/Clinical Technologist

Hire Resolve's client, a leading healthcare organization, is searching for a Registered Nurse/Clinical Technologist to join their team.
In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional patient care while utilizing your technical expertise in clinical procedures.
Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient assessments to develop personalized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
Assist in various medical procedures, ensuring the safe and effective use of clinical technology.
Monitor patient vital signs and document any changes or concerns.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Educate patients and their families about health management and treatment options.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Adhere to infection control protocols and uphold safety standards.
Requirements Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the South African Nursing Council.
Clinical Technologist qualification is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
Proficiency in operating relevant medical equipment and technology.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure healthcare environment.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential for patient care.
Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends when necessary.
