Registered Manager (Learning Disabilities & Brain Injury)Posted on 25th June 2024Salary up to £50,000:Full Time:Remit:Compass Associates have partnered with an established provider of Care & Support to people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Needs and Mental Health, who operate a large portfolio of Residential Care Homes and Supported Living Services across Greater London, the South, and the Midlands.We're recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to take on a Dual Registered role, overseeing 2 Residential Homes situated in East London and Ilford. One home is a small service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and the other a small home for Adults with Acquired Brain Injury who are receiving transitional support to enable them to return home or onto Supported Living. Both homes are rated GOOD with CQC.Person Specification:Due to the role holding 2 CQC Registrations (one for each of the homes), we require significant experience as a Registered Manager; however, we can consider both residential or supported living experience.Experience with Acquired Brain Injury would be advantageous, though not essential, providing applicants can demonstrate a keenness to learn, particularly with Headway Accreditation.Benefits:Salary up to £50,00025 days annual leave + bank holidaysContributory Pension SchemeLocation:This role will be based within the services which are situated in East London and Ilford.For more information or to apply, please contact Chris Burgess at Compass Associates on 023 92 417 105.
