Role Overview
Working in our Children's Homes means being a part of a young person's day-to-day life. As a Registered Manager, you will ensure that the home environment supports both your staff and the young people, making them feel secure, safe, and motivated. This role comes with challenges but also offers rewarding moments that feel like huge small victories!
Our homes accommodate young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming to create the best possible outcomes for them. Our holistic service addresses every aspect of our young people's developmental needs, supported by a clinical team including Psychologists and Occupational Therapists.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations in the home and take ownership of Ofsted requirements.
Enable young people to regain their childhood and create pathways to becoming well-rounded adults.
Actively engage with new referrals and provide a safe home environment.
What We Offer
Base salary of £45,203 - £64,827
Annual bonus of 10% of salary, £2,500 on-call bonus (approx. 10 weekends per year), and attendance allowance of £1,400.
Long-term incentive plan: a bonus of 30% of salary accrued each year, paid as a future lump sum.

Requirements
Experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children's home.
A committed and enthusiastic leader with a passion for making a difference.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
A full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
