Registered Care Manager

OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to oversee the operations of home facilities, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills and a background in nursing or senior care.The person will be the main Registered Care manager for the company, registered with CQC and be willing to sit in the CQC interview. The area we are looking to do is Domiciliary Care, eventually progressing to supported living accommodation. We need a confident person who understands the business and is familiar with the care industry requirements and regulations. The company is looking to provide regulated care services in service users' own homes. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the day-to-day running of a domiciliary care business, dealing with new referrals, and assisting with new business acquisitions.SalaryWill be in line with experience and qualifications but circa £40,000 to £50,000 per annum.During the CQC process, they will be involved in the development of business plans, goals, and of course recruitment and training, setting up the business processes in line with company services and business goals.
