Legal Representation: Represent clients in court proceedings related to debt recovery, including negotiation, mediation, and litigation.
Document Preparation and Review: Draft, review, and file necessary legal documents, including demand letters, summons, complaints, motions, and other court documents in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Client Advising: Provide expert legal advice to clients on debt collection matters, including assessment of claims, potential risks, and recommended strategies for recovery.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and stay updated on regulatory changes that impact debt collection practices.

Research: Perform legal research on cases, precedents, and statutory changes affecting debt collection practices.

Qualifications: Education: LLB Licensure: Must be a registered and licensed attorney and LPC Registration.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years experience in debt collection, creditor's rights, or a related area of law.
Skills: Strong negotiation and litigation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage a high volume of cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in legal research tools and case management software.
