Regional Sales Manager - Inland

Reporting to Commercial sales Manager Inland Job Purpose Manage a team of Sales Representatives that service Independent and corporate pharmacies. To call on and promote company OTC business unit products Achieving Sales and Market Share targets executing on operational expectations of AI OTC. Key Job Outputs Management Regional & Divisional sales objectives are met Priorities effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives Competitive market share evolution Expenses in Line with Budget/ revised Forecast. Customer Relationships Customer targets in all key areas will have been achieved Building sustainable Customer loyalty. Analysis and Reports Accurate forecasting & sales tracking Monitor and analyse market share trajectory Preparation and presentation of field sales reports presented timeously Ability to develop tactical plans from available data. Team Development Attract, Retain and Develop key talent Motivate members of the team to being successful and efficient. Required Learning Minimum five (5) years experience in Regional Sales Manager A tertiary qualification in Sales and Marketing and/or a medical discipline will be advantageous Relationships with large Independent and corporate store managers will be an advantage Proven sales record Thorough knowledge of the South African pharmaceutical Industry Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint Business Savvy.
