About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join GSF Car Parts as a Regional Manager covering the East Anglia region. The role of the Regional Manager is to provide regional leadership to multiple branches, ensuring the achievement of sales and profitability targets in line with Group objectives.
Main Duties Include: Maximise company profits for the branches in your region.Develop business plans and sales strategies for the region that ensures achievement of regional sales targets.Assess the productivity and achievements of the branches and recommend changes.Provide timely feedback to Divisional Director regarding performance including opportunities and concerns.Provide leadership to Branch Managers and Teams.Responsible for the development of the regions management teams (Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager and Business Development Manager (BDM)).Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one reviews to ensure effective communications, understanding of talent and development needs to constantly improve performance.Ensure that all branches follow company policies and procedures.Lead by example in areas of personal character, commitment, organisational and work habits.Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance.Organise and implement and where appropriate, deliver coaching sessions and group training to improve performance in the region.Support with recruitment, conduct issues and performance management where required.Establish plans and strategies to continually expand the customer base.In collaboration with BDM prepare and initiate action plans to penetrate new markets, sales leads and prospects.Ensure the success of marketing campaigns and events throughout the region.Ensure contact with all key customers in the region to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Ensure success of National Accounts, B2B Digital Sales and Servicesure program.About You
What you will need to succeed: Substantial track record in sales, business development and operational management within a branch based distribution sales environment, ideally in a leadership or senior capacity.A high level of leadership and people management experience, with evidence of performance management and staff development, ideally within a multi-site context.Financial acumen and a high degree of commercial common sense, with hands-on experience of handling pricing, profitability and targets (EBITDA).Competitive, flexible and self-directed with strong inner confidence and external presence.Business savvy with a sharp and astute mind for operations and profitability.Naturally self-motivated, with high energy levels and mobility, with a positive attitude and the willingness to get hands-on involved in branch issues.About Us
