Regional Sales Manager

KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATIONYou must be able to work independently and accurately keep records and be proactive in your approach to ensuring the profitability of the company.You will have a tertiary qualification in either Business or Sales/Marketing, coupled with 10 + years experience in FMCG or Consumer Packaged Goods business development, as a senior level.You will have experience in developing and implementing sales strategies for accelerating growth, develop business plans for various regions and markets (informal and formal), as well as create/maintain and expand distributor relationships.You will have a hands-on approach and be experienced in building relationships, negotiating with retailer stakeholders, be proficient in providing stock and ensuring merchandising efficiency in store.This role requires extensive travelling in SA and eventually across borders into Africa, therefore you must be prepared to spend significant time away from home.A strong self-discipline, work ethic, drive and results driven/entrepreneurial traits are essentialYou must have a valid driver's licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record Due to the exceptionally high volume of applications, we are unable to correspond with each applicant personally, therefore only relevant and suitable candidates will be contacted.  Should you not receive any correspondence from our company within 30 days, we regret your application has been unsuccessful.
