• Grade 12 • Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. • Microsoft Office and an intermediate level of Excel is a must, including the ability to effectively manipulate, compile and analyse data. • Proven experience as a B2B Sales Manager or a similar role in the building/hardware industry. • Strong understanding of the KZN retail building industry. • Demonstrated success in managing a sales teams and large customer base. • Ability to develop and drive brand awareness and generate leads. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. • The successful candidate should be willing to visit sites and attend to service calls.
