Regional Sales Manager (Automotive Industry)

RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably experienced REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY) for a well-established concern.
This position is a home-based position.
REQUIREMENTS Grade 12.
Relevant tertiary / post-graduate degree a strong advantage.
Valid drivers license / own vehicle.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
7yrs+ previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Knowledge of vehicle warranties, service plans, and scratch and dents.

Extensive experience in managing and engaging with Executives, Senior Managers, Managers and staff.
Strong leadership / staff management skills.
Person must be an established Regional Manager or long-standing Dealer Consultant in the Western Cape with an established network of dealer relationships.
Duties include managing sales targets and relationships with targeted motor dealers at a regional level.
Person will be responsible for meeting and exceeding the companys business development goals through the effective implementation of the companys motor dealer sales strategy in the region, by being an active and effective member of the management team in crafting and executing the strategic objectives, and delivering results by empowering their team with the means, ability and willingness to be high-performing individuals.
This includes managing sales targets and relationships with targeted motor dealers at regional level while exhibiting the company values.
Please note that this is a home-based position, person will be required to travel to Johannesburg Branch when required. Salary package offered: - To be discussed
