Regional Sales and Acquisition Specialist
To drive collective profit maximization strategies as an end-to-end business. Profit maximization targets are achieved and exceeded by focusing on sales, revenue growth, liability growth, asset growth, growth in the active base and cost containment.
Achievement of net profit growth for business.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with internal and external parties to support the sales and service strategy by participating and providing support in terms of sales and service effectiveness and guidance to key business objectives.
Monitor Branch Delivery sales and service performance against performance goals to ensure that progress is being made and corrective action, if necessary, is taken.
Setting and developing a strategic focus for Sales and Service, in support of business objectives and implement the strategy and organization drivers and effectively communicate strategies to direct reports and other stakeholders.
Challenge basic assumptions underlying each region's business objectives and then set and implement aggressive sales and service targets for sales and service by identifying effective and efficient drivers.
Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.
Build organizational capabilities and efficiencies by overseeing the implementation and effectiveness of all Branch Delivery programs that are required of the role.
Sales and service optimization and re-engineering as required to maximize the Branch Delivery objectives and strategic plans.
Provide business with ongoing research on market sales & service to optimize market penetration by providing recommendations and managing implementation in terms of best practice from a global perspective.
Provide accurate and reliable sales and service statistics obtained from the Sales and Service members and compile Sales and Service reports and dashboards.
Manage own development to increase own competencies.
Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent, and culture of team in order to improve innovation, achieve efficiencies and increase competencies.
