Regional Product Manager

Minimum Requirements:Degree in Business Administration, Food Technology or similar5 years experience with Product Management (dairy-, beverage-, food- or chemical industry)Experience with B2B product and the management thereofExperience with AzureDuties and Responsibilities:Identifies local market trends and growth opportunities.Evaluates market potential, competitiveness, and growth opportunitiesDefines product group strategy aligned with the business unit strategyConducts market and competition analysisSelects and evolves the product portfolio to meet regional market needsHas technical product expertise from raw materials to processingDevelops the plant's product portfolio in alignment with global strategyDrives innovation and product pipeline in collaboration with R&DManages the regional assortment of the product categoryCollaborates with global product managers on regional business developmentSupports execution of regional product management plansCreates business development opportunities and reflects them in the portfolioMonitors revenue development and sales activitiesDefines success metrics and analyses customer feedbackDrives innovation projects to commercializationCollaborates with sales, pricing, and R&D teams on pricing, portfolio, and supply chainSupports the sales team with product and market knowledgeActively steers margin structure by product groupPLEASE NOTE: Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
