Job Title: Regional/Trainee Regional ManagerLocation: Durban

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate daily operations within the region to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Support the implementation of company strategies and initiatives.
Train and develop store managers and teams to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.
Conduct regular store visits to monitor standards and provide constructive feedback.
Analyze sales reports and market trends to drive business growth.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in the clothing industry (non-negotiable).
Must currently be working as a Regional or Trainee Regional Manager.
Own vehicle and valid driver's license.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
