Are you someone who can: Achieve net profit growth for the Group.Achieve revenue targets by either growing a portfolio of existing clients or by acquiring new clients.Establish, align, and manage target and budget goals while ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas to increase cost efficiency.Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.Manage existing clients and grow the portfolio through making contact and generating leads.Manage the growth of the active customer account base to increase the client base.Maximize business portfolio cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.Track, control, and influence sales activities to achieve previously determined sales team targets.Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects aligned to strategic objectives.Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.Coordinate and facilitate all approved strategic projects.Research market positioning and develop and optimize market intelligence, new business management, advances, and management reporting.Plan and execute campaigns successfully and on schedule, setting standards for measuring successful execution.Monitor costs/benefits per campaign/channel, maintaining operational accountability for all campaign execution.Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence and analyzing trends and data.Manage own development to increase competencies.Plan and manage performance, skills development, employment equity, talent, and culture of the team to improve innovation and achieve efficiencies. You will be an ideal candidate if you: Have a Post Graduate or relevant qualifications.Have at least 5 to 8 years' experience in a similar environment, with 2 to 3 years ideally at the management level.Have extensive sales experience.
