This role will be based in Mpumalanga- Sabi Lowveld area. Key Responsibilities:Achievement of net profit growth for the Region.Achieve revenue targets by either growing a portfolio of existing clients or by acquiring new clients.Establish, align and manage target and budget goals whilst ensuring effective control of costs for a range of functional areas.Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions.Manage the growth of active customer account base to increase client base.Maximise business portfolio cross-sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships.Track, control and influence sales activities to achieve determined sales team targets.Translate strategies into actionable goals and execute relevant projects aligned to strategic objectives.Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements.Coordinate and facilitate all approved strategic projects.Research market positioning and develop market intelligence, new business management, and reporting.Plan and execute campaigns successfully and on schedule.Monitor costs and benefits per campaign/channel.Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence and analyzing trends and data.Manage own development to increase competencies.Plan and manage performance, skills development, and talent of the team.Minimum Requirements:Relevant Bachelor's degree / NQF Level 5 working towards completing a degree.5+ years relevant sales experience.Experience in banking within branch or field.Insurance sales related experience.Driver's license and own car is a non-negotiable.Experience in managing a team.Ability to work well under pressure.Benefits:Opportunities to network and collaborate.A challenging working environment that is progressive and agile.Opportunities to innovate where initiative is taken and owned end to end.We can be a match if you are:Adaptable and curious.Analytical and able to analyze complex data sets.Thrive in a collaborative environment.Apply now if you are interested in taking the next step.
