Timac Agro South Africa isseeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Manager to drive theprofitability of our designated regions.
The Regional Manager will act as acoach and manager to the Technical Sales Representatives (TSRs) and will alsopartner with distributors within the region.
This role demands a strategicthinker with excellent leadership skills who can establish an environmentconducive to future sales growth.
Responsibilities Revenue and Profitability: Achieve theregion's revenue and profitability targets.
Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage theentire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, induction, performancemanagement, and growth and development to motivate, engage, and retainstaff.
Mentorship: Provide quality mentorship for TSRs,upholding the company's values.
Selling Activities Management: Direct theregion's selling activities, including resource deployment and customerinteractions.
Forecasting and Sales Tracking: Responsiblefor the region's forecasting and sales tracking.
Vision Setting and Business Planning: Set thevision for the region and develop and adhere to a business plan to attainthis vision.
Market Trend Evaluation: Evaluate markettrends, gather competitive information, and identify trends that affectcurrent and future growth of regional sales and profitability.
Decision Making: Analyze information andevaluate results to make the best decisions in solving problems andproviding direction, support, and assistance to the region.
Task Efficiency: Develop specific plans andgoals to accomplish tasks efficiently.
Team Spirit: Encourage and build team spiritamong staff, fostering mutual respect and cooperation.
Opportunity Identification: Identify andexploit new opportunities to benefit the company.
