Menlyn, PretoriaPermanentR85000Location: MenlynOur client in the Insurance industry is looking for a Regional Manager: Financial Planning services.Job Description:Develop and implement effective business sales strategiesProvide input on sales policies and proceduresRecruit Sales Managers that meet FAIS requirementsSupport Sales Managers and para plannersOversee sales team to meet production targetsImplement and maintain sales strategic plan for the region to ensure targets are met, including Annual Premium Income (API), policy count, and product mixManage and maintain budget to meet sales targetsOversee recruitment, development, and maintenance of distribution channelsOversee the training and development of Sales ManagersProvide guidance and advice to Sales ManagersConduct market researchDevelop a strategic plan to identify potentially new marketsFocus on relationship management with various stakeholdersConduct research and develop marketing plansAchieve targetsOversee the management of business retention at sales levelProvide input in Sales meetingsProduce sales progress reportsPrepare reports and presentationsQualifications:Qualification recognized by FSBRE Level 1: RepresentativesRE Level 1: Key IndividualsExperience:3-5 years Management experience2 years Project Management5 years Insurance industry1-2 years' experience in Taxation Estate planning1-2 years' experience in Collective Investment SchemesMust have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
