Regional Manager: Financial Planning Services (Insurance) Regional Manager: Financial Planning ServicesLocation: MenlynSalary: R85 000 ctc p.m. (negotiable)Our client in the Insurance industry is looking for a Regional Manager: Financial Planning services.Job Description:• Develop and implement effective business sales strategies• Provide input on sales policies and procedures• Recruit Sales Managers that meet FAIS requirements• Support of Sales Managers and para planners• Oversee sales team to meet the production targets• Implement and maintain sales strategic plan for region, to ensure that region meets its set target, i.e. in terms of Annual Premium Income (API) and policy count and product mix• Manage and maintain budget to meet sales targetsOversee recruitment, development and maintenance of distribution channels• Oversee the training and development of Sales Manager• Provide guidance and advice to Sales Managers• Market research• Develop a strategic plan to identify potentially new markets• Focus on relationship management with various stakeholders• Conduct research and develop marketing plans• Achievement of targets• Oversee the management of business retention at sales level• Provide input in Sales meeting• Produce sales progress report• Market Intelligence & reporting• Prepare reports and presentationsQualifications:• Matric• Qualification recognised by FSB• RE Level 1: Representatives• RE Level 1: Key IndividualsExperience:• 3-5 years Management experience• 2 years Project Management• 5 years Insurance industry• Para planning• 1-2 years' experience in Taxation Estate planning• 1-2 years' experience in Collective Investment SchemesMust have valid driver's license and own vehiclePlease send your CV and latest payslip to ****** Recruitment and Tempswww.aaaa.co.zaPosted 2024-02-28
