Ensures that the financial planners attend all the required training interventions (e.g., FAIS, KYC, product knowledge, risk and compliance, etc.).QualificationsMinimum QualificationB.Comm Finance / Legal degreeCertified Financial Planner / Wealth management certificate120 credits or Qualification aligned with FAIS and FSCA requirementsRE 1 Certificate: Key Individual (Non-negotiable)Experience5 to 8 years managing a team of Financial Planners/Wealth PlannersAdditional InformationBehavioural CompetenciesNegotiatingAccurately interpreting dataImplementing procedureUnderstanding regulationsTechnical CompetenciesComputer literateUnderstanding appropriate verbal communicationTelephone etiquette
