Red Ember recruitment is recruiting for a Regional Manager for their client in the East of Johannesburg.ResponsibilitiesEnsure that staff maintain sites according to laid down standards.Organize and manage payroll, admin, and client expectations.Manage client expectations regarding the actual delivery of services.Oversee the consumable budget for effective site management.Utilize time management to ensure all sites are visited as agreed.Adapt to changes in the economic cycle.Grow subordinates and ensure staff are well-trained.Ensure sites are well-equipped with consumables.Manage discipline to mitigate any CCMA risks.Ensure area managers provide a minimum of 2 leads every month.RequirementsMatric or a relevant qualification at a level 4.A management qualification at a level 5 would be beneficial.Ability to travel extensively.Ability to work under pressure.Confidence, drive, and enthusiasm.Strong decision-making ability and sense of responsibility.Planning and organizational skills.Very strong administration, Excel, and communication skills.Ability to work independently.Desired SkillsIndustrial and commercial sales.Managing operations.Cleaning.Hygiene.Pest control services.Desired Qualification LevelGrade 12 / Matric.About The EmployerWe are passionate professionals driven to provide Payroll and HR solutions that deliver true business value to your organisation.
