Regional Hr Manager – Sa Metal Group Gauteng

Key Responsibilities: The following responsibilities cover the Gauteng and surrounds region. The regional manager will report to the Divisional Director of HR based in Cape Town, but will be given significant independence to manage his/her own team:

Manage HR Team Manage entire recruitment programme Manage Industrial Relations processes including discipline, grievances, and CCMA cases Advise on legislative requirements and updates Create reports on statistics regarding employment practices Ensure all departments function within the policies and procedures as set out in the company manual. Consult on training requirements Qualifying Experience: A degree or diploma in Human Resources, Human Capital or Industrial Psychology. At least 5 years' management experience in a medium to large company - preferably in manufacturing or allied industries. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent writing skills. Time management and organizational skills. Ability to think and organise analytically. Strong and clear understanding of basic HR management e.g. Absentee control. Benefits Include: Provident Fund Life Cover at 4 x annual salary Funeral cover Medical aid (Hospital plan) 15 days leave per annum Long service leave after five years of employment Standard Hours: 07h00 – 16h30 Monday – Thursday

07h00 – 14h00 Friday
