Job DescriptionEffective development of aligned and integrated tactics which interpret strategic business plans. Lead with product and sales skills, facilitating high performance levels across areas of responsibility.
Draw up a budget aligned to tactical delivery plans, monitor effectiveness and report on variances.Actively coach team through providing advice about subject matter, solutions, principles and processes, and personal progression with the aim to improve performance.Manage people by executing management responsibilities and create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence.Set tactical goals and optimise the use of the people, finances and technologies in order to realize those goals.Integrate business information, and compare, analyse and produce reports to identify trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies for decision making purposes.Develop tactical strategy and delivery plans in support of functional strategic objectives in partnership with leadership.Develop and ensure implementation of the organisation's customer acquisition strategy.Define and drive the tactical sales strategy.Contribute to the successful implementation of campaigns by setting standards and support execution.Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership.Provide input into, and implement, corporate governance, compliance, integrity and ethics policies in area of accountability in order to identify and manage risk exposure.Focus on tactical service plans to deliver and continuously provide a consistent, seamless and positive customer experience.Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions.Anticipate and meet the needs of clients and commit to continuous development and entrenchment of a customer service culture.Develop tactical plans to drive revenue growth.Manage expenditure planning and reporting within approved budget parameters.Job DetailsTake note that applications will not be accepted on the below date and onwards, kindly submit applications ahead of the closing date indicated below. 31/10/24
