MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:A well-established business is seeking to appoint a Regional Head: Commercial Banking and Transformation in the following areas: Western Cape / Centurion / LimpopoTo manage the Commercial Banking and Transformation Regions and provide leadership to ensure that key strategic objectives are met.Minimum Education and Experience:4 Year Degree in Commerce, Business Management, or other relevant and equivalent qualification in Banking and Financial ServicesExperience in Development Finance or Commercial Banking environment - 6 to 10 yearsExperience at managerial level which includes a role in customer-facing profit making business units - 6 to 10 yearsExperience in an Agricultural business environment - 5 yearsBanking or Commercial environment - 5 yearsSenior Managerial level - 5 yearsCritical Competencies Microsoft OfficeBusiness operations, business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations.Accounting PrinciplesCredit / Lending / Loan Assessment (Due Diligence & Financial Modelling)Financial AnalysisCustomer service orientationFinancial / Business AcumenPlease note that if you have not received a response within 14 days of submitting your application that your application was unsuccessful.
