Description Effective development of aligned and integrated tactics which interpret strategic business plans.
Lead with product and sales skills, facilitating high performance levels across areas of responsibility.Draw up a budget aligned to tactical delivery plans, monitor effectiveness and report on variancesActively coach team through providing advice about subject matter, solutions, principles and processes, and personal progression with the aim to improve performanceManage people by executing management responsibilities and create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellenceSet tactical goals and optimise the use of the people, finances and technologies in order to realize those goalsIntegrate business information, and compare, analyse and produce reports to identify trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies for decision making purposesDevelop tactical strategy and delivery plans in support of functional strategic objectives in partnership with leadershipDevelop and ensure implementation of the organisation's customer acquisition strategyDefine and drive the tactical sales strategyContribute to the successful implementation of campaigns by setting standards and support executionProvide subject matter expertise and thought leadershipProvide input into, and implement, corporate governance, compliance, integrity and ethics policies in are of accountability in order to identify and manage risk exposureFocus on tactical service plans to deliver and continuously provide a consistent, seamless and positive customer experienceEstablish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutionsAnticipate and meet the needs of clients and commit to continuous development and entrenchment of a customer service cultureDevelop tactical plans to drive revenue growthManage expenditure planning and reporting within approved budget parametersJob DetailsTake note that applications will not be accepted on the below date and onwards, kindly submit applications ahead of the closing date indicated below.31/10/24All appointments will be made in line with FirstRand Group's Employment Equity plan.
