Duties: Oversee and manage the financial performance of the regional business unit, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies.Implement financial controls to mitigate risks and safeguard company assets.Lead a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure optimal team performance.Act as a strategic partner to the senior leadership team, providing financial insights, advice, and recommendations that drive operational and business growth.
