Responsibilities Lead and optimize the regional accounting organization, ensuring a robust control environment Drive financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making Spearhead budget management and business planning activities Provide insightful financial direction to enhance overall business performance Manage key financial operations including billing, A/R, A/P, G/L, and revenue recognition Conduct in-depth variance analysis and propose actionable recommendations Collaborate across organizational boundaries to achieve regional and corporate objectives Champion professional development within the finance team Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards Drive working capital management and cash flow optimization Requirements CA (SA) qualification (Chartered Accountant) 10+ years of experience in a multinational manufacturing environment Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling Excellence in budgeting, forecasting, and financial statement analysis Desired Skills Budgeting Forecasting Financial statement analysis #J-18808-Ljbffr
