Regional Finance Manager (Africa)

Job responsibilities:Collaborate with the various country Finance Controllers and Business Team on accounting, financial, and management reportingManage corporate accounting, budgeting processes, tax management, and compliance with accounting policies and proceduresDevelop and implement financial strategies that align with company goalsImplementation of operational and financial controlsDevelop reporting framework from country team to Business teamTreasury/Cashflow ManagementManage banking operations, funds planning, and relationship managementEnsure compliance with accounting policies and develop new policies to meet business/regulatory requirementsReview and consolidation of monthly financial reports including P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flow statementsImplement and supervise internal controls to protect company assetsEstablish company-wide standards for systems, data, and processesMIS ReportingOperations and Risk ReviewsRequirementsCompleted Finance DegreeStrong leadership skills capable of managing cross-functional teamsMinimum of 5 years of experience in a similar roleAfrica experience preferred
