Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for excellent service delivery to members, advisors, providers, and suppliers in accordance to prescribed processes. Coordinating the functions and logistics of the regional office and responsible for all purchases and other logistic arrangements. Provide assistance with member engagements and tempo activations.Query resolutionQuality Assurance and adherence to prescribed proceduresLogistics, procurement and other responsibilities regarding coordinating regional office facilitiesQuarterly Surveys Results, Regional Offices and Key StakeholdersDesired Experience & QualificationGrade 12 with Mathematics or Maths Literacy (Mathematics on a symbol E or higher.
